Appointments
We recommend scheduling your appointment at least one week in advance to ensure availability. Certain treatments require a deposit, gift certificate number, or code/voucher upon scheduling. The practice reserves the right to collect a non-refundable deposit for any type of appointment, equal to the consultation or cancellation fee ($250 for appointments with Dr. Khrom and $100 for appointments with any other provider). This deposit will remain as a credit on your account and may be applied toward your treatment or future services. In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours of the scheduled time) or a no-show, the deposit will be applied toward the corresponding cancellation fee.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Our office has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy, and we kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. A credit card is required on file when booking, and a non-refundable deposit equal to the consultation or cancellation fee ($250 with Dr. Khrom or $100 with any other provider) may be collected.
If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit or prepaid amount will remain as a credit on your account. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to show, will result in forfeiture of the deposit, prepaid session, gift certificate, code/voucher, or a charge of up to 30% of the service cost.
This policy also applies to credits, packages, and gift certificates, unless otherwise instructed.
Refund/Shipping & Return Policy
No refunds; all sales are final. If applicable, purchases may be exchanged for store credit only.
For store product purchases, we accept returns of UNOPENED and UNUSED products in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase.
A patient is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Financing
We partner with PatientFI, Cherry, and CareCredit—financing companies that help remove cost barriers by offering patient-friendly monthly payment plans to cover treatments.
Late Arrivals
You may be up to 15 minutes late. We cannot guarantee an extension of your scheduled service time. If you arrive late, you will be responsible for the full service fee.
Minimum Age
Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult during treatments.
Gratuities
Gratuities are accepted if you enjoyed and were satisfied with your service. The gratuity you leave is entirely based on your personal satisfaction.
Pricing & Prepayments
Pricing for services changes month to month. You may prepay for any service to guarantee the current price. Once prepaid, you have up to one year to redeem your purchased service(s). This includes credits, packages, and gift certificates unless otherwise instructed.
